4.Samples will be wrapped carefully, the picture and track no of samples will be send to customers. we will follow up the delivery until customers receive the samples.
5.The instruction for sample test will be provided for best performance.

1.For next new orders: Arranging the production at the same formula, color and label.
2.For complaint on the product: Checking the batch number to see if the products out of expire date; Testing the sample for reason; Improving the product if it does the quality problem.
After-sale system:
1.We will follow up the delivery and shipping until customers get the goods. If any problem during the delivery, we will provide all assistance as soon as possible if required.
2.Knowing well about the sales and usage at customers’ side. Providing the instruction and suggestion of products if required.
3.If any complaint on the quality, will response within 24 hours. Customers provide video or photos of the condemned goods for our reference. After knowing well on the application and environment, we will test the samples which are kept in stock at simulation environment. If problems could not issued with the video and photos, will arrange technician to go to locale for checking.
4.If it does the quality problem, we will provide 8D report, indemnity will be made based on the actual situation.
